Beautiful scenery and wildlife, fascinating history ("the Masada of the north"). The short hike to the waterfall was a bit disappointing ("highest waterfall in Israel" oversold it a bit but still a very pretty viewpoint at the end").

The vulture lookout was amazing, we saw huge birds flying through the canyon very close by. The hike to the ancient ruins is really special worth it (though can be challenging to climb back up), next time we will do that one and skip the waterfall.
